Honda Introduces Fuel Injected Super Cub 110

July 4th, 2009 - Honda has announced a new, heavily revised Super Cub for Japan. Almost everything on the bike is redesigned including the frame, the addition of fuel injection, styling, and suspension. Most notable besides the fuel injection is the addition of telescopic front fronts. While the forks don't look as classic as the leading link suspension, it should definitely upgrade the bike's suspension capabilities.

The frame is now wrapped in plastic to prevent rust and the leg shield, handlebars, and gauges have all been freshened up. The looks are classic as ever and looks as close to the 1960s Super Cub as any model in recent years. The engine is made in Taiwan and sourced from Honda's wave series. The transmission has also been upgraded to a much needed four speed. Scooter-News would love to see a reasonably priced Super Cub 110 is the US sometime soon, but we're not holding our breath.
